6. To-Read Lists: My list of to-read items was a mile long and caused me more stress than anything else. I started deleting it if a week went by without me reading the thing and I feel much better.

9. Fake Friends: If people aren’t there for you in the dark times, they aren’t real friends. Be the Darkest Hour Friend and cherish yours.

10. Family Drama: Family is all we really have in the end. No family is perfect. If possible, put squabbles aside and be there together.
