To take the guys as there is No other method of transport. These guys are isolated and can’t go anywhere without this bus. I’m writing this because I’m at my wits end. How can this be happening. Has anyone had experience of dealing with institutional racism at this scale? 4/4

Hello! Adding an update here. This morning an @StagecoachSW employee in a suit was seen outside the bus stop ‘supervising’ passengers. I got a call from their marketing dept this afternoon. They hadn’t read my case number. They said they would get back in touch. Still waiting…
