US Army Conducts More Heliborne Operations to Take ISIL Terrorists Away from Deir Ezzur
TEHRAN (FNA)- Military helicopters of the US-led coalition carried out another heliborne operation in Western Deir Ezzur to evacuate ISIL militants from the region, media reports said on Thursday.

The Kurdish-language Rudaw news website quoted local sources as saying that the US army carried out a heliborne operation in al-Souh region in the Southwestern parts of the town of al-Masrab in Western Deir Ezzur at 5pm (local time) on Wednesday, taking away a number of ISIL terrorists.

The US army has conducted a growing number of similar heliborne operations to help senior ISIL leaders in Eastern Syria this year.

Local sources reported in July that a group of ISIL terrorists were transferred by a van from the town of Ayyash in Eastern Deir Ezzur to a ISIL-held desert region in the Eastern direction of the town of al-Sukhnah in Eastern Homs, where three helicopters of the coalition were hovering over the region.

One of the helicopters landed but the other two continued to fly over the region.

The three helicopters flew towards North and entered Raqqa airspace, adding that there was no information about their exact destination.

The sources further said that the ISIL militants taken away by the American choppers could have been one of the spying groups used by Washington via Jeish Maqavir al-Thowrah militant group to materialize its objectives in the region.

More reports said in June that the US-led coalition aircraft carried out heliborne operation in regions controlled by ISIL terrorists in Northern Raqqa.

The heliborne operation to save the ISIL members was conducted in the Northern parts of Raqqa.

Meantime, other reports said that the predominately Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) forces who were stationed in Raqqa under the US supervision allow the ISIL terrorists to leave Raqqa city.

US Continues Heliborne Operations to Evacuate ISIL Terrorists from Eastern Syria
TEHRAN (FNA)- The military helicopters of the US-led coalition carried out the second heliborne operation in Southeastern Deir Ezzur in the last 48 hours to save senior commanders of the ISIL terrorist group and their family members amid rapid advances of the Syrian Army troops towards Deir Ezzur, an Arab media outlet reported on Saturday.

The Arabic-language al-Hadath news reported that the US-led coalition forces carried out another heliborne operation in Badiyeh (desert) of the town of Albu Leil in the Southeastern territories of Deir Ezzur, evacuating six families of the ISIL terrorists.

Al-Hadath further said that the family members of the commander of ISIL's Hasaba (security-monitoring forces) Abu Khazimeh Maqrebi were among the evacuated families.

Al-Hadath pointed out that it was the US forces' second heliborne operation in the last 48 hours in Albu Leil Badiyeh to take away terrorists.

In relevant developments in the province the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Friday that the US helicopters carried out two separate heliborne operations in Albu Leil region in Eastern Deir Ezzur and in a region near the Euphrates River, adding that one of the helicopters was observed 25km far from the town of Albu Leil flying in low altitude.

Based on the SOHR report, the helicopters landed possibly for evacuation of some people who were of significant importance to the US-led coalition.

The SOHR further added that the US helicopters targeted two residential units in one of the regions near the Euphrates River, adding that the residential units were reportedly used as ammunition depot.

The SOHR quoted locals as saying that ISIL and the US helicopters exchanged fire after the choppers targeted the residential units.

The SOHR reported that the fate of four ISIL fighters is not clear, adding that it is not clear if they were killed by the US forces or arrested.

The SOHR said that residents of the targeted units were non-Syrians.

The International Amnesty has warned that war against ISIL in Syria has made civilians face an awful condition in Raqqa city and the US coalition has thus far killed hundreds of people.

US Helicopters Evacuate More ISIL Commanders from Deir Ezzur Following Syrian Army Advances
TEHRAN (FNA)- News websites affiliated to the terrorist groups disclosed on Monday that the US forces carried out another heliborne operation to evacuate ISIL commanders and their family members from Western Deir Ezzur.

The websites reported that a US helicopter landed on al-Madhoul international highway in Hasasi Abu Hamid region South of the salt mine in Western Deir Ezzur, adding that the US helicopter took away two European commanders of ISIL and their family members from the town of al-Shamitiyeh in Western Deir Ezzur to an unknown destination.

Local sources reported earlier today that Salem Rabah al-Zafiri, a Saudi commander of ISIL terrorist group, was killed in a mob attack on his car in Southeastern Deir Ezzur.

The sources reported that a number of residents of the town of Albu Kamal attacked an ISIL vehicle near al-Mesriyeh square and set fire at the car, killing al-Zafiri nom de guerre Abu Rabah al-Hejazi, head of ISIL's propaganda office in Albu Kamal, and several more terrorists.

ISIL terrorists' weapons were seized by people after the attack, the sources said.

They went on to say that a new group of terrorists, including Abu al-Aziz al-Halabi, one of the ISIL's commanders in the town of Mouhassan in Eastern Deir Ezzur, escaped the region along with his family members amid rapid advances of the Syrian Army troops towards Deir Ezzur in several flanks.

Syria: Two Chemical Arms Depots of Terrorists Discovered, Destroyed by Russian Forces
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Russian forces have discovered and dismantled two chemical weapons facilities in regions previously controlled by the terrorists in Syria, Head of the Russian military's branch for protection from chemical weapons Major General Igor Kirillov said.

Igor Kirillov said on Friday that Moscow will provide the data to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), without elaborating on the exact location of the facilities that were destroyed this month.

The two bases were the last out of the 27 chemical weapons sites in Syria, Russian media reported.

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in July that Russia believed terrorists in Syria plan to stage chemical attacks in order to justify US airstrikes against the Syrian military.

"According to information available (to us), Syrian terrorist groups plan staged provocative actions with the use of chemical poison gases to justify US strikes against the positions of the Syrian government forces," Zakharova said.

ISIL deployed chemical laboratories and special equipment for carrying chemical bombs to Deir Ezzur from Raqqa in Syria, Zakharova revealed.

"Daesh is transferring workshops and equipment for the production of ammunition, including those equipped with chemical agents, from the city of Raqqa to the controlled areas of Deir Ezzur province," Zakharova said.

Citing the US-led coalition's statements claiming the nearly full encirclement of Raqqa, she noted that "the movement of such large-scale equipment from under the nose of the coalition forces can indicate at least a selective unwillingness to see the facts."

"I think you can speak with a high degree of probability about complicity with insurgents," Zakharova asserted.

The spokeswoman reiterated that Russia would seek thorough probe of the April 4 incident in Khan Sheikhoun in addition to other 'chemical' provocations against the Syrian authorities.

"We will continue to consistently seek the most professionally rigorous and politically impartial investigation into the investigation of both the Khan Sheikhoun chemical incident and other persistent chemical provocations against the legitimate Syrian government," Zakharova said.
