少年を斬首したテロリストグループは 個人的な間違いだというが全員が歓声をあげていた

FARSNEWS2016/7/21
TEHRAN (FNA)- US-backed terrorist group of Nour al-Din al-Zinki Movement has just issued a statement on their public release of a pair of videos that ended with the beheading of a boy that was identified as a 13-year-old Palestinian refugee, insisting it amounted to an “individual error.”

The claim that this was not in keeping with the group’s policies is difficult to make, since the videos show its members loudly cheering, as the boy is identified as “an Assad soldier,” and chanting as his head is cut off with a knife.

The group which receives funding and weapons from the CIA is also among those tapped by Amnesty International in a recent report on human rights violations among US-backed rebel factions, which explicitly included reports that the group was carrying out beheadings and summary executions of captured “pro-government fighters.”

Whatever this is, the new development shows the moral pitfalls of what the War Party and its rogue partners are trying to do in Syria. Even if they begin to crackdown on aid to their “moderate” head choppers, it would not affect many other “moderates” who are still receiving such aid:

-Washington and its coalition of regime changers are all in the know that proxy forces such as al-Nusra Front, Ahrar al-Sham, Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, the Levant Front, Division 30 and Division 16 are committing summary executions, beheadings, torture, war crimes and other violations of International Humanitarian Law with impunity. In light of the recent revelations, they are happy to criticise Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement, but they do so for the wrong reasons.

-Unfortunately for the Syrian people, US officials don’t know what they are talking about when they talk about their direct involvement with “moderates.” Such an analysis underestimates the cynicism of many American politicians, who will tolerate just about any war crime to get their way. They don’t have a problem with murderers, but it’s not personal - it’s arms trade too. It is a sad fact of war that whenever a gun crosses a border, it represents not loyalty but cash.

-Whatever classically trained pundits might say about the nuances of funding and arming "moderate" proxies that work in tandem with “rival” ISIL, it is principally a policy that is condemnable under International Law, both moral and political. It is seen as such by many human rights groups and international organisations which report and criticise it.

-According to recent polls, when Americans understand the actual level of US military involvement – including arming terror groups - they by a large margin back a decrease. That is why we hear the constant refrain of politicians screeching about the need to funnel more money and weapons, and support any and all efforts to bomb President Assad out of Syria. The media plays its part as well, broadcasting endless segments meant to ratchet up the “evil” factor i.e., President Assad and his Iranian and Russian allies. Likewise, the “think tanks” funded by the Military-Industrial Complex come out with papers laying out the case for US interests and regional designs.

Through it all and amid the chaos, the one thing that is abundantly clear is this: It is now virtually impossible for the regime changers to openly train, equip and marshal their “brave freedom fighters” battling the government in Damascus. International Law says if they don’t do a complete policy reversal, they will become complicit in war crimes - given the now widespread evidence and acknowledgement that nearly everyone the CIA (with the help of Britain, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey) has trained or armed over the past five years either already was or has since become a war criminal.

Likewise, International Law says the Syrian-Iraqi battle against pro-Saudi Wahhabis is one and the same war; that the Syrian Army is struggling against exactly the same enemy as the Iraqi Army. This also serves to make Washington look absolutely ridiculous. It marks a new record low for US foreign policy gone horribly awry.
