欧州については、経済混乱・政治混乱で自滅を待つ戦法。ガスの供給減は、テクニカルな理由を挙げていますが、意図的にやっている部分もありそうです。

国内サル痘感染者に接触者

「サル痘」感染の３０歳代男性に接触者１人…症状なし
　東京都は２６日、天然痘に似た感染症「サル痘」への感染が国内で初めて確認された都内在住の３０歳代男性について、接触者が１人いると明らかにした。

　都によると、この接触者は、男性が欧州から帰国した７月中旬以降、厚生労働省が定義する「１メートル以内の接触歴」があった。今のところ接触者に症状はないという。接触者の居住自治体や年代、性別などを明らかにしていない。都は「男性の接触者は１人しかおらず、これ以上感染が拡大する可能性は低い」としている。

海外旅行に出かける勇者たち

今、日本に住む日本人も、いったん海外に出ると帰国時には72時間以内の医療機関などによるコロナ陰性証明書が求められ、これがないと入国できません。

コロナ陰性証明書を作成してもらう費用は、1万5千円程度のこともあれば、数万円かかる場合もあるようです。

コロナ陰性証明書を取得しても、飛行機の便が取れずに72時間以上経過してしまうと、証明書の取り直しになります。

現地での滞在延長ですからホテル代がかかりますし、ビザのある国はビザの有効期限までの時間がなくなることがあります。

海外旅行中に感染せずに済んでもこの手続きをクリアするのが大変。

感染したらこれも大変。軽症で終わるなら良いですが、つらい症状が出たら医師にかからないといけません。現地語で症状を説明しなければならないのです。現地語が話せる人でも医療用語は慣れていない。

欧州には、今も観光ツアー客が出かけているようですが、その勇気は真似ができない。

そもそも、管理人は、年配者の海外旅行は慎重にすべきと考えています。「孫の顔を見に行く」などの口実で海外の親族を訪ねていくのは、先方にすれば迷惑以外の何物でもない。訪問先で体調を崩したりしたら、先方の誰かに付き添ってもらわないといけなくなります。

最近、空港に行くことが重なりましたが、団体旅行客は見かけませんでした。ですが、旅行者は増えていますね。

72時間以内の陰性証明書提示のルールがあれば、海外からの旅行客は抑制されるでしょう。それ自体は感染拡大防止に効果があると思います。

国内でのコロナ感染者が激増している中、このルールは意味があると思います。あと、外国人の入国時にビザが必要となった国も増えています。外国人の姿も見ましたが、出発、到着ともに日本人の姿が圧倒的に多かったです。

ワクチン接種した場合の後遺症の防止、軽減策がないか、これまでに集めた情報を検討する予定。

感染者は、免疫ができますので、感染しにくくなるはずですが、再感染、再々感染の例があります。

感染者の後遺障害の防止、軽減策も検討が必要です。感染したら、とにかく早くウィルスを体内から追い払うことが重要だろうと考えます。抗ウィルス薬は有効なはずです。
