プーチンが夜11時に登庁





Russian President Vladimir Putin did not support his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko’s suggestion to offer “a mirror response” to NATO’s aircraft training flights.

On Saturday, during his meeting with Putin in Saint Petersburg, Lukashenko shared his concern over US and NATO aircraft “that are training to carry nuclear warheads and nuclear charges.” He asked his Russian colleague “to consider mirroring the answer to these things,” or at least to help Minsk to upgrade its planes.

Putin responded to the proposal by saying that while “there is no need” for reciprocity, Russia and Belarus have to take measures to ensure their own security, “as well as, probably, that of other members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.”

ひょう害

2022/6/3、市川市や船橋市でひょう害がありました。自動車で走行中、ガラスが割れたという例も。

市川市は柏井地区、船橋市は藤原。どちらも私が歩き回っている区域です。

総武線の南にある市川工業高校でも窓ガラスが割れた、原木中山駅で屋根に穴が開いたとありますから被害の範囲は広い。

2022/6/5は、市川大野から西側に歩きましたが、一時雨に降られました。特にひょう害の跡は見られませんでしたので、こっち側は害がなかったのでしょうか。

Extremely Mutated Monkeypox Strain Appears to Have a Single Point of Origin
The heavily mutated monkeypox virus that is currently spreading globally might have a single origin, a new study has suggested.

Researchers from Portugal managed to isolate 15 samples of the virus, mostly from their home nation, in order to research its genetic make-up.

Their findings, published in the journal Nature Medicine, have provided an insight into the current strain that is now circulating in at least 44 non-endemic countries. According to CDC data as of Thursday, there are now over 3,500 confirmed cases of monkeypox.

In the latest study, researchers made several findings including that the viruses had far more genetic mutations than they would have expected, with around 50 identified compared with related viruses from 2018 and 2019.

Another observation is that the ongoing outbreak has a single origin－though this does not mean it came from a single person.

"All outbreak monkeypox strains sequenced so far tightly cluster together," the researchers say in the study, "suggesting that the outbreak has a single origin."

The study suggests that the current viruses descend from a branch associated with the spread of monkeypox from an endemic country－Nigeria－to the U.K., Israel, and Singapore in 2018 and 2019. This might mean that the 2022 virus may also be traced back to this outbreak.

João Paulo Gomes, head of the Genomics & Bioinformatics Unit at the National Institute of Health in Portugal who co-authored the study, told Newsweek that all sequenced viruses within the 2022 outbreak are very similar to one another and "considerably different from all other available genomes," also suggesting a single origin.

高速で「あおり」　医師を暴行容疑で書類送検　滋賀県警が映像公開
　滋賀県警高速隊は6日、同県東近江市の名神高速道路で3月、走行中の大型トラックの前で急ブレーキを踏むなどの「あおり行為」をしたとして、同県内の男性医師（41）を暴行容疑で大津区検に書類送検し、啓発のため、トラックのドライブレコーダーの映像（約30秒）を公開した。
　送検容疑は3月4日午後11時20分ごろ、同市内の名神上り線で、愛知県の男性（25）が運転する大型トラックの前方に割り込み、急な進路変更や急ブレーキなどで、男性にトラックを停車させる暴行を加えたとしている。医師は「自分の進路を妨害したと思って腹が立った。危険なことをした」と容疑を認めているという。

都会ですとヘイト発言をしている人には、何らかの形で本人へのリアクションがあることが多いです。知人のヘイト夫人Ａさんは所属するサークルの年配男性がＡさんは人格障害があると話していると他の人から聞いてショックを受けていました。私に打ち明けてくれたのですが、人格障害とまで言えるかどうかわかりませんが、発言が偏っていることは確か。私も少しずつ距離を置いています。

医師の間で旧帝大か国立か私立か、ストレートか浪人したかの情報は、かなり重要なものらしい。そういう世界なら多くの医師がコンプレックスに囚われているのも無理はない。現場に入れば、また違うのではないかと思うが。こんな話が大っぴら語られるようになった。






・・・確かに月1回5分の診察で処方箋を書いてもらうだけの患者は、お客さんじゃない。月1回5千円、年間で6万円、10年で60万円の売り上げしかない。私のほうもかかりつけ医で何でも相談できるとは思っていない。

ウクライナ戦争は長期化する

ウクライナに対してG7は無期限の軍事的、財政的などの支援を行う方針を決定。

西側諸国は、停戦交渉はウクライナが決めることとその時期や内容に関与しない方針を示しています。表向きにはそうなるでしょう。

ウクライナの部隊の多くは、負ければ戦争犯罪の責任を問われます。ゼレンスキーも同じです。

無条件降伏は、まずないとみてよいでしょう。

ゼレンスキーが国外逃亡する、姿が見えなくなるのが終わりの印になります。

このままウクライナ軍が劣勢のまま推移し、ロシアが支配地域を広げ、それらの地域の住民がロシアの支配を歓迎するという動きが続くでしょう。

ウクライナの軍が存続すれば、ロシア系住民を殺戮します。ロシア軍やドネツク軍は途中で手を緩めることはできない。

ウクライナという国はなくなってしまう可能性が大です。

戦争が続けば、経済制裁も続くでしょう。西側の制裁を下した国のインフレや資源不足は長引くということになりましょう。

G7は対ウクライナ支援継続を表明

G7 leaders agree to support Ukraine indefinitely – Bloomberg
The West's strongest states plan to continue providing Ukraine with all kinds of assistance

The Group of Seven (G7) will pledge to provide support to Ukraine in all possible forms “for as long as it takes,” according to a draft communique of its ongoing summit, seen by Bloomberg.

The three-day meeting of the G7 leaders started on Sunday in Bavaria, Germany, with the Ukrainian conflict dominating the agenda.

“We will continue to provide financial, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support and stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes,” reads the draft of the leaders’ statement.

Russia has warned the US, EU and their allies against providing Ukraine with weapons, saying that it will only prolong the conflict. However, Western leaders have ignored the statements. On Sunday, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron agreed to continue supporting Kiev militarily to “strengthen their hand in both the war and any future negotiations.”

The G7 leaders appear to have agreed to maintain economic pressure on Russia as it continues its offensive in Ukraine. The British government earlier announced that during the summit the US, UK, Canada, and Japan would ban the import of Russian gold. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken later claimed that the embargo would deprive Moscow of around $19 billion in annual revenue.

According to Reuters, the G7 is also holding “very constructive” talks about a potential cap on the price of Russian oil imports.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz admitted on Sunday that the Western world is now facing many challenges: falling growth rates, rising inflation, shortages of raw materials and disruption of supply chains. However, he expressed confidence that the G7 “will succeed in sending a very clear signal of unity and decisive action from this summit.”

His remarks were echoed by US President Joe Biden, who claimed that while Russian President Vladimir Putin had been hoping “that somehow NATO and the G7 would splinter,” they haven’t done so and are not going to.

Putin, meanwhile, spoke about the G7 on Friday, claiming that the current economic turmoil around the globe has little to do with the conflict in Ukraine and is the result of “many years of irresponsible macroeconomic policies” adhered to by its members.
